Returns/Refunds

We want you to be completely saitisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, neither are we.

Note: For ALL returns you must contact us to arrange a pickup and/or receive a return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not receive a refund.)

Returns Policy on "Originals", "Reproductions" or "Pop Art"

Each painting Blue Surf Art offers is hand painted, there will be slight variations in each piece such as brush strokes and coloring. Most differences are not very noticeable, and the paintings are 99% alike. If you receive a painting and it is drastically different than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days for a return authorization. We will then be happy to send out a hand picked replacement.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for an exchange or in-store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).
  • You return the item(s) within 14 days.
  • Goods are returned in a reasonable condition and in the original packaging.
  • Goods are not a custom 'commissions' item (see below).

Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday.

Returns Policy on 'art commission'

All paintings in 'Warhol' and 'Pop' style are proofed to the customer at two stages to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the painting. 'Commissions' painted in 'Classic B&W' and Classic Colour style are painted to customer guidelines and then photographed for proof approval prior to dispatch. If you have any problem with the painting during the proofing process we will rectify the this. Art commission is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered snd are in good condition may not be refunded. To ensure this does not happen we will only dispatch your painting when you are happy for us to do so.

Damaged Paintings

We will exhange any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving. For weekend deliveries, you may leave a message on our answerphone or email info@bluesurfart.com

We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
